MarsAI Studio is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform offering AI-powered chatbots, data analysis tools, workflow automations, social media management, and web development utilities.

 

2. Accounts and Security

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

 

3. AI Usage and Disclaimer

  • AI Outputs: The Platform utilizes artificial intelligence models to generate content, code, or data. AI is probabilistic in nature and may produce errors ("hallucinations"). MarsAI does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any AI-generated output.

  • User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated output before use. MarsAI shall not be liable for any business, legal, or medical decisions made based on AI outputs.

 

4. Intellectual Property

  • The Platform: All rights, title, and interest in and to the MarsAI Studio platform (excluding Content provided by users), including logos, code, and designs, are and will remain the exclusive property of Mars AI Technology Solutions Limited.

  • User Content: You retain ownership of the data you input into the Platform ("Input") and the content generated by the Platform for you ("Output"). You grant MarsAI a license to use this content solely to provide and maintain the Service.

 

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, threatening, or obscene content.

  • Distribute spam, phishing attempts, or malware.

  • Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the system (reverse engineering).

  • Violate the intellectual property or privacy rights of third parties.

MarsAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these rules.

 

6. Payment, Subscription, and Cancellation

  • Certain features require a paid subscription ("Pro Plan"). Fees are billed in advance based on the selected billing cycle (monthly/yearly).

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service through the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods, except where required by law.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Mars AI Technology Solutions Limited be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill. The Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the Company during the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

 

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on the Platform or via email.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in England.
